The site is on the north bank of the River Clyde, immediately to the west of the city centre in the area of Anderston.

The Stores sits adjacent to the Kingston Bridge in the Clyde Waterfront Area, and is walking distance to the business district and retail centre. Also a short walk away is The SSE Hydro, the world’s forth busiest entertainment centre. Multiple public transport options are within walking distance of the scheme including Anderston Train Station, north and south bus routes and Glasgow Central railway station.
