The 995-apartment build to rent development adjacent to The Lowry Hotel secured the ‘Top Development in the UK’ award for schemes of over 350 units. Dandara Living also received the highly-coveted award for ‘Top National Management Company in the UK (2,000+ units).

The Awards, organised by the UKAA in association with Homeviews, showcase the best of the best in the build-to-rent sector and are based on verified resident reviews submitted on the platform.
