Dandara Living is pleased to welcome Ashley Dollin to its senior leadership team, as Mobilisation Manager. This strategic hire underlines the company’s commitment to operational excellence as it continues to expand its portfolio across the UK.
Having spent several years working in the multi-family sector in the USA, Ashley’s extensive operational experience and expertise made her the ideal candidate to spearhead the company's mobilisation team.
Ashley will play a pivotal role in the launch of Dandara Living’s latest site, Granary Quay in Glasgow, scheduled for May 2024, and will lead the future delivery of a pipeline of 16 further sites nationwide.
Granary Quay boasts 342 build-to-rent units and more than 6,600 sqft of amenity and commercial space on the Clyde waterfront. Residents will enjoy access to a house kitchen and lounge, co-working facilities, gym and 24-hour onsite management.

Since entering the build to rent sector in 2015, Dandara Living has been at the forefront of Multifamily build-to-rent in the UK, delivery, transacting and managing one of the largest regional portfolios in the sector to date.
With close to 3,000 units currently under management, Dandara Living has ambitious plans to further evolve and grow the business with the launch of a PBSA product later this year and is currently exploring opportunities to provide consultancy and operational services to other development partners.
